Based on this, the Authority emphasizes the following:

    - All cargo handling station operators and maritime service operators are urged to continue providing all operational services, maintaining handling rates, vessel docking and departure times, and adhering to working hours 24 hours a day, throughout the week, and during official holidays and occasions.
    - All shipping agents are required to comply with issuing and delivering delivery permits around the clock.
    - All shipping agents are required to comply with working hours for receiving and delivering containers in the agent's yard/warehouse 24 hours a day, throughout the week, and during official holidays and occasions.

Shipping agents are required to provide communication channels 24 hours a day to facilitate container redelivery and approval for return, whether to storage yards contracted with the shipping agent or to the terminal operator's yard at the port, as well as to respond to customer and beneficiary inquiries.

Therefore, the concerned parties and stakeholders are informed that official holidays and occasions are included in the calculation of storage fees for incoming or outgoing goods and are not exempted by the Authority.
